"Tamara had a lot of patience with me and my games of phone tag. She was always very warm and kind when we spoke. I felt bad that after a week of dealing with me and it was time to close the deal, she had the day off and her colleague made contact with me in her place. "Katherine or Catherine was so rude I was asking about my Insurance because I needed to cancel some vehicles she claimed to be the manager which you expect to be professional and help her customers but she wasn’t she was terrible didn’t do anything she was yelling at me and hung up twice called back and Gloria gave me some information but the manager was terrible, unprofessional and rude!!"

"Just wanted to say the price wasn't the greatest out there but the lady Katherine was extremely sweet and tried everything possible to help me out she was extremely sweet and respectful and fun to chat with had a great conversation she made me wish the price was better than my current policy rate elsewhere.
